edjuster is seeking employees-candidates to join its network of claims staff in becoming a Content Claims Specialist. The role involves a work from home environment, with the majority of the employee’s time spent in the field at loss/damage sites inventorying and valuing damaged, non-restorable contents on personal and commercial claims. The position of ‘Content Claims Specialist’ requires applicants to be well organized, professional, have a strong work ethic and the ability to work in harsh conditions, which are common in this business due to damage caused by water and fire. A Secondary School diploma, as well as strong communication and computer skills, (MS Office/Outlook, etc.) are also a must. Representatives must have a valid driver’s license along with a reliable and well-maintained vehicle. Hi-Speed Internet access is necessary. Some prior background / experience in the Property claims industry would be considered an asset. The position involves regular travel. edjuster is seeking employees-candidates to join its network of claims staff in becoming a Senior Web Application Developer. The role involves a work from home environment, you will be responsible for the development and enhancement of web applications that are part of edjuster’s product and software service offerings. The position of ‘Senior Web Application Developer’ requires applicants to demonstrate the ability to get to the root cause of problems, search out solutions to issues, and solve problems independently. A Bachelor’s degree or higher in software-development related technical field, as well as a minimum of 8 years’ experience in a full-time software development role and 2 years’ experience developing web applications using HTML5, Javascript, and Java Server Pages are also a must. As this is a senior role, experience mentoring junior software developers in past professional roles is essential. Experience with unit test systems and unit test development and mocking would be considered an asset. Hi-Speed Internet access is necessary.
