OUR MISSION

Ultimately, our aspiration is that edjuster is recognized as an essential component in all industry leading contents insurance strategies.

We know we will achieve this only by delivering our brand promise to every single claim evaluation. Our mission is to achieve 100% dispute-free claim settlements for our insurer clients and their policyholders across all our evaluations.

Our most valued resource is our people. We recognize that our mission to achieve 100% dispute-free claim settlements for our insurer clients and their policyholders can only be achieved with their involvement and commitment. As such, we are equally committed to them; the personal and professional growth of our employees will naturally align with our corporate growth and success.

Background

In 2000, Andy Williams recognized a distinct need in the insurance industry for a simpler, faster and more accurate method of assessing property claims and establishing settlements fairly. Understanding the problems well, the solutions were clear and edjuster was formed based on a ‘best-practice’ professional outsourcing service methodology and innovative proprietary technology approach for the property claims industry.

edjuster’s early-stage reputation was built on the industry’s most challenging high severity fire and water loss and damage claims. Our success in this highly sensitive and problematic area of claims handling gave us the intimate understanding and vital experience needed to provide the same quality of fast, fair dispute-free claims settlements across all types and sizes of claims.

Over the years, thanks to astute business practices and through building a team of professional, highly trained contents specialists, edjuster has gained momentum in regional, national and international markets and has earned the reputation as North America’s most reliable and consistent contents company. Today edjuster is endorsed by numerous corporations, large and small, as the industry’s leading solutions-company for contents claims handling. Our track record is second to none in the industry and at present our performance on claims is unmatched by any other.

edjuster’s vision of fast, fair, dispute-free claims settlements is a brand promise our company extends on each and every claim assigned. This vision, combined with our goal of high-quality performance on 100% of all claims assigned to us each year has become a key factor in allowing us to continue to win business and increase market share.
